Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback Jameis Winston was summoned for careless driving after he rear-ended another vehicle on February 13th.

According to Tampa highway officials, Winston was driving on the Veterans Expressway when his pick up truck struck a Subaru Forester.  He failed to slow down his vehicle before the accident occurred.

The quarterback was given a careless driving citation and is subject to a fine.  Winston nor the other driver were injured.

The quarterback is currently under investigation by the NFL for allegations of sexual misconduct of an Uber driver in March 2016, which he denied.
